Hybrid events offer the best of both event worlds - virtual and in person.
Those attendees, speakers and exhibitors, who are able to can attend in person. Everyone else can attend online.
The key thing we ensure is that both audiences receive a great event experience and every attendee can engage with your speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, session content and other attendees, regardless of their location.
A hybrid event is not 2 separate events with 2 different audiences using 2, or more platforms. A hybrid event has 1 audience in 2 locations (in person and online) who are brought together by quality content, a host and a digital platform which enables the audience to watch and engage with speakers and session content, interact, connect and network regardless of their location.
In person attendees at our hybrid events use the branded conference mobile app containing their digital badge to access the event locations. The conference app will contain content specific to the in person audience, for example, the venue address and directions, the QR badge for check in and menu. In person attendees can network and interact with other attendees using the app, they can see who is attending in person or online.
Your exhibitors can have a virtual booth, as well as their physical booth. They can use the app for lead retrieval, notes and scoring and they scan in person attendees. Online attendees lead information is captured by the platform.
Online attendees have access the desktop version of the event. In person attendees use the mobile version of the same app. We provide the design, project and content management required for the app for both audiences. We attend on site and can provide the in room AV and streaming equipment required to broadcast the event to the online audience and exhibitor and sponsor services and support.
